Project Title: Building Upon Lessons Learned: Creating Future Leaders in Agriculture by Training and Empowering

 

Description: This project is built upon the outcomes and lessons learned from the pilot project, the objective of which was to introduce First Nations youth to the 4-H program as a means of developing leadership and agriculture skills within this untapped youth demographic. Building upon lessons learned, this project will pathfind solutions by examining different training avenues, resource development and creating partnerships with the objective of grooming leaders to become confident, self-sufficient and empowered as strong, long-term leaders of agriculture.
